Had a convo with an elite earlier, while taking my morning walk.
He’s blue blood with loads of wisdom gotten from different life experiences.
Here’s what I grabbed from our small conversation.
The rich are very intentional with the education of their offsprings.
They invest a lot into the training of their children especially at their early formative age.
And they pay the best hands to help them do it.
While poor man dey wait make him pikin reach 4 years before he start kindergarten because of school fees…
Elite dey start to dey teach their children from 2-3 years old.
Because they understand something most people don’t:
“Education is not just school. It’s programming.”
They pay for mindset shaping.
They hire private mentors, coaches, exposure therapists, and top-tier tutors to help mould their kids.
And the training isn’t about their kids getting good grades.
It’s about gaining ADVANTAGE.
While the poor train their children to become employees…
The rich train theirs to become:
– owners
– controllers
– and leaders.
Here’s what the elite are intentional about teaching their kids:
→ How to leverage people, time, and capital.
→ How to build networks and powerful alliances.
→ How to seek mentorship and coaching early.
→ How to protect their ideas (patents, trademarks, IP)
→ How to think critically, speak powerfully, and lead teams.
→ How to start, own, or co-own businesses and brands.
They are taught how to control narratives and systems.
Meanwhile…
The poor and average, consciously or unconsciously ,train their kids to:
– Avoid risk
– Work hard
– Be obedient
– Get a good job
– And serve in systems the elite created.
The difference between the elite and the average is not just an income gap.
It’s a MINDSET gap!
The elite equip their offsprings with physical, mental and emotional resources they’d need to stay at the top of the food chain.
While the poor, consciously or unconsciously, equips their wards to be worthy enough to serve the elites and their children.
Can you now see the main difference between the elite and the average in the society?
It’s all about mental conditioning and programming.
So…
If you aren’t privileged to be born into wealth, or thoroughly trained by an elite…
You got so much work to do, my gee.
You have to reprogram your mind from the faulty programming of an avaerage environment over the years.
“Don’t let your background put your back to the ground” they say, but…
You have to put in the work daily to leave the bottom of the food chain – to become an elite.
Yes, you have to make sacrifices to rewire your mind.
This sacrifices would require your time… attention… energy…and resources.
Yes, the process of making these sacrifices will hurt, but, it’s for the greater good.
So, the earlier you start, the better.
Because life is already leading you 3 – 0.
You’ve got to play hard and smart to equalize, and win.
Beat the game!
Well, except you’re comfortable with being average, and you enjoy being a slave to the elite, then no probem.
As you be adult so, no be me go tell you how you go live your life abi?
No wahala.
But, when reality knocks you for choosing to be average later in life, you won’t have an excuse.
I know you’re smart, do better.
They don’t teach these things in schools.
